Apple has confirmed that its signature Polishing Cloth works with the company’s newly announced iPhone Duo foldable smartphone. The confirmation appeared on Apple’s official website following the tech giant’s “Surprise and Shine” event held on Wednesday, where the iPhone Duo was unveiled alongside other new devices including the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.
The microfiber cloth, which has become something of a cultural touchstone for Apple’s accessory lineup, is now listed as compatible with the foldable device. Apple added the iPhone Duo to the product compatibility page that catalogs which devices work with the premium cleaning cloth.
The timing comes as Apple recently reduced the Polishing Cloth’s price from $19 to $9, cutting the cost by more than half. Given the premium pricing of the new iPhone Duo, consumers purchasing the foldable device may find the discounted cloth a more appealing addition to their purchase.
