This policy explains how Uchemedia sources, produces, and corrects its journalism. It applies to every article published on this site.
Sourcing
Uchemedia covers stories first reported by established news organizations, including international wire services, national broadcasters, and major digital publications. We do not publish rumors, anonymous social media claims, or stories we cannot trace to a credible originating source.
Attribution
Every article on Uchemedia identifies and links to the outlet that originally reported the story, marked “Originally reported by” at the end of the piece. We never republish another outlet’s article verbatim. Our coverage consists of original summaries written in our own words.
Use of AI
Uchemedia is transparent about its production process: we use AI-assisted writing tools, operating under fixed editorial rules, to draft concise original summaries of stories sourced from credible outlets. These rules require source attribution on every piece, prohibit verbatim reproduction of source material, and remove any story that cannot be paired with an authentic photograph. Content that does not meet these standards is not published.
Imagery
Every Uchemedia article carries a genuine photograph related to the story. We do not use AI-generated images in news coverage, and we do not publish stories for which no authentic image is available.
Corrections
We correct errors promptly. If you believe an article contains an inaccuracy, contact us via our Contact page with a link to the article and a description of the issue. Verified errors are corrected or the article is removed, whichever better serves accuracy.
Independence
Uchemedia’s coverage is not paid for or directed by any outside organization. We do not accept payment for news coverage.
Content lifecycle
As a fast-moving news digest, Uchemedia focuses on current events. Older articles are periodically retired from the site to keep coverage fresh and relevant.
