Netflix’s “The Gentlemen” Season 2 has demonstrated significant momentum following its debut on the streaming platform. The Guy Ritchie-helmed series, starring Theo James and Kaya Scodelario as operators of a criminal enterprise, experienced a substantial 48% increase in viewership during its second week of availability. The show climbed to the number one position on Netflix’s English-language global television rankings, accumulating 9.9 million views between September 7 and 15.
The strong performance marks a notable achievement, though viewership numbers remain below Season 1’s impressive launch figures. When the inaugural season premiered in March 2024, it attracted 12.2 million views within its first three days. Despite this difference, the sustained interest in Season 2 indicates that audiences continue to engage with the franchise, with the show accumulating 6.7 million views during its initial three-day release period.
The arrival of Season 2 has also revitalized interest in the earlier installment. Season 1 has re-entered the charts at number three, generating over 8 million views during the same week. Combined, both seasons have drawn nearly 18 million viewers over the past seven days. Netflix has already renewed “The Gentlemen” for a third season, demonstrating the network’s confidence in the series’ continued appeal.
