New York Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu has partnered with luggage brand Away to launch an exclusive travel collection. The limited-edition capsule marks the first collaboration within Away’s premium Aluminum Edge line and builds on the brand’s existing partnership with the WNBA team.
The collection features custom designs inspired by Ionescu’s basketball legacy and Northern California heritage. Two signature colorways, named No. 20 Pine and No. 20 Legacy after the player’s jersey number, appear across the main products. Additional items include personalized luggage tags displaying Ionescu’s quote and signature, along with New York Liberty-branded interior details. The suitcases and accessories also incorporate a neutral colorway option in No. 20 Salt White.
The lineup includes four items at varying price points: the Aluminum Edge Trunk at $618, the Aluminum Edge Bigger Carry-On at $468, a compression closet priced at $138, and a shoe cube at $48. Each piece combines functional design with premium materials, offering storage solutions for trips ranging from extended vacations to brief road excursions.
The Away x Sabrina Ionescu Series will be available through Away’s website and select retail locations in New York and San Francisco. The collaboration arrives one year after Away secured its multiyear deal as the official luggage partner of the New York Liberty.
