Sony has revealed two limited-edition DualSense controllers themed around Grand Theft Auto VI, featuring designs inspired by the fictional Vice City setting. Each controller will retail for $84.99 and launches on November 19, coinciding with the game’s release date. The two variants—black and white—showcase the iconic aesthetics of the game’s tropical setting through distinct visual approaches.
Both controllers feature iridescent shells with color-shifting finishes blending warm sunset tones and electric neon blues. Embossed palm tree patterns adorn the surfaces, alongside prominent GTA VI branding on the touchpad. The white edition draws from Vice City’s beachside charm and pastel atmosphere, while the black variant captures the city’s vibrant nightlife through a more sophisticated color palette.
Preorders begin September 10 at 7 a.m. PT through PlayStation Direct, with free launch-day shipping for direct orders. While the controllers will eventually be available at select retailers, early availability remains limited to the PlayStation Direct store. Supplies are expected to be restricted, with demand likely to outpace inventory quickly.
Functionally, these remain standard DualSense controllers with haptic feedback and adaptive trigger technology. Beyond their aesthetic enhancements, users should not expect additional features. Availability may vary depending on geographic location and region.
