Oprah Winfrey will bring an immersive entertainment spectacle to Las Vegas’s iconic Sphere venue with a new show called “Aha.” Scheduled for April 2-4, 2027, the two-hour production will feature four performances across the weekend. Winfrey will take the stage to introduce an array of musical and artistic talent, including Grammy-winning musician Jacob Collier, poet Ocean Vuong, performer Ajeet, and gospel singer Wintley Phipps. The experience aims to combine light, sound, music, storytelling, and nature to celebrate shared human connection.
The concept emerged after Winfrey attended the opening of U2’s Sphere residency, which inspired her vision of utilizing the venue’s cutting-edge technology for a deeper purpose. She envisioned creating an experience that would encourage self-reflection and foster understanding of our interconnectedness. The production team includes musical director Max Richter, director Ethan Tobman, and writer Tarell Alvin McCraney, known for the film “Moonlight.” Stage designer Es Devlin will contribute original artwork for the show.
Tickets begin at $145 and become available September 25 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. The title “Aha” carries special significance for Winfrey, who popularized the term “aha moment” during her decades-long daytime talk show career. The phrase, which describes a sudden moment of insight or realization, was officially added to the Merriam-Webster dictionary in 2012, cementing Winfrey’s cultural influence on the English language.
