In discussing his decision-making process, Norris explained that he values stability and personal fulfillment alongside competitive success. He noted that he was willing to endure challenging periods at McLaren rather than pursue immediate victories elsewhere, citing his patience during the team’s earlier struggles as evidence of his commitment.
