Xbox is marking its 25th anniversary on November 15 with a series of new offerings designed to celebrate the platform’s history. The company has partnered with community creators Klobrille and Ben Kenobi to release a collection of customization items, including gamerpics, backgrounds, and a dynamic console theme available starting today. Players can also claim an exclusive Xbox 25th Anniversary profile badge by signing into their Xbox account across console, PC, or mobile applications through the end of 2026.
To commemorate the milestone, Xbox has curated special Game Pass collections that showcase iconic titles from each generation of the console. These collections, accessible on both console and PC, feature beloved franchises including “Fable Anniversary,” “Halo: The Master Chief Collection,” “Fallout 4,” and “Psychonauts 2,” allowing players to experience games that helped define the platform.
The celebration extends globally through the Xbox FanFest Tour 2026, which began in June at the Xbox Games Showcase in Los Angeles. The tour will continue across major gaming events and cities, including stops in Cologne, Tokyo, London, Mexico City, Sydney, and Toronto, with additional announcements expected for a Seattle location.
