The song selection proved particularly meaningful given its Los Angeles setting, as the track explores Roan’s personal journey of leaving Missouri to establish her music career on the West Coast. During the performance, Kahan accompanied Roan on acoustic guitar while they shared vocal duties throughout the piece, trading verses and harmonizing on the chorus. The number appeared late in the setlist, arriving just before the encore portion of the show.
Roan expressed her appreciation for Kahan’s support during the performance, publicly acknowledging his advocacy and character.
