Netflix has officially greenlit “The Gentlemen” for a third season, expanding Guy Ritchie’s sophisticated crime drama franchise. The upcoming season will consist of eight episodes and is currently in pre-production, with production set to begin shortly. Ritchie will return to direct and co-write the new installment alongside Matthew Read.

The Season 3 announcement arrives as the streaming platform releases its first full trailer for Season 2, premiering September 3rd. The second season follows protagonists Eddie Horniman and Susie Glass as they expand their operations internationally, establishing themselves in Italian locations while navigating higher-stakes criminal enterprises. The season features returning cast members Theo James and Kaya Scodelario alongside new additions including Hugh Bonneville and several other notable performers.
The renewal comes amid a wave of greenlit projects from Netflix’s British programming slate, including new seasons of “Black Mirror,” “Being Gordon Ramsay,” and other acclaimed dramas, signaling the streamer’s continued investment in prestige U.K. content.
