T-Mobile is currently offering the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 at no cost through a trade-in promotion tied to its Experience Beyond wireless plan. The flagship foldable device, which normally retails for $1,899.99, can be obtained with an eligible device trade-in and a new line activation, with the full cost covered by monthly bill credits spread across 36 months. While a $35 device connection charge and applicable taxes still apply, the device itself becomes free to qualifying customers.
The wireless carrier has structured its offer across multiple plan tiers for broader accessibility. Those on the Experience Beyond plan receive the full trade-in credit, while subscribers to Experience More plans can receive up to $1,100 off the device. Standard plan holders qualify for up to $500 in credits, and Simple Choice plan members receive up to $250 in credits. All discounts are delivered as monthly billing credits rather than immediate reductions, so customers must maintain their service for the full 36-month period to realize the complete savings.
T-Mobile has added an additional incentive for customers switching from competing carriers. New customers who trade in a device, activate a new line, and port their existing number from another provider will receive up to $800 via prepaid Mastercard, complementing any plan-specific device discount they already qualify for. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is available in three color options—cream, lavender, and graphite—with optional storage upgrades from the base 256GB to 512GB capacity.
