The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles will debut a new exhibition dedicated to Olivia Rodrigo, opening September 2 and continuing through February 22, 2027. Titled “Olivia Rodrigo: The Cure Unraveled,” the display will showcase materials from the musician’s acclaimed music video, including costumes, props, and set pieces that garnered widespread praise for its artistic vision.
Rodrigo will participate in a special launch event on September 1, featuring an on-stage conversation with filmmaker Cameron Crowe and a live performance. American Express cardholders will have first access to tickets beginning Friday at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time, with general ticket sales following. The exhibit will later expand in early fall to include additional artifacts spanning her career, with further details to be announced.
Items on display will include the nurse costume worn in the “The Cure” video, handmade props such as a felt heart and miniature operating room, and hand-stitched artwork from her recent album “You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love.” Rodrigo expressed enthusiasm about the exhibition, noting the personal significance of displaying work at an institution she visited during her youth and emphasizing the museum’s important mission.
The timing aligns with Rodrigo’s current schedule, as she prepares for her 86-show “Unraveled Tour,” which launches September 25 in Hartford. The exhibit highlight comes as her latest album receives strong critical reception and anticipation builds around potential Grammy nominations.
