Inniss demonstrated his multifaceted contributions to the Buckeyes last season, recording 35 receptions for 271 yards and three touchdowns. Beyond his receiving duties, he made substantial impacts on special teams, accumulating five kick returns for 55 yards and 17 punt returns for 181 yards. His return game performance earned him All-Big Ten Honorable Mention recognition, underscoring his value across multiple phases of play.
The senior captain will be competing for the prestigious award alongside other nationally recognized prospects. The award selection process will narrow the watch list to three finalists in early December, with the winner announced later that month. Since its establishment in 2010, no Ohio State player has yet claimed the Paul Hornung Award.
