OGC Nice have cleared Mohamed-Ali Cho to proceed with a medical examination at Hull City as part of an ongoing transfer negotiation. The French forward is expected to travel to England to complete the necessary health checks ahead of a potential move to the Premier League club.
According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, the two clubs reached an agreement over the weekend regarding Cho’s transfer. The deal is valued at approximately €15 million, with additional performance-based bonuses included in the package. The agreement came after an extended period of discussions between the sides, during which negotiations had previously stalled before a recent resolution was achieved.
Cho featured prominently for Nice throughout the previous campaign and made an appearance in the club’s opening Ligue 1 fixture against FC Lorient on Sunday, though he did not start. The former Angers player represents one of several players Nice have identified as potential sales as the club works to reshape its squad during the current transfer window.
With Cho now permitted to undergo his medical at Hull City, his departure from Nice appears imminent. The transfer would provide the French club with crucial funds as they pursue their summer recruitment objectives.
