Noel Gallagher recently appeared on a U.K. sports radio program to discuss Oasis’s upcoming 2027 tour, revealing that he and his brother Liam made the decision to reunite for a second tour relatively early in their successful 2025 comeback run. During his conversation with the radio host, Gallagher explained that the plan solidified after their second performance at London’s Wembley Stadium just weeks into the initial reunion tour.
The motivation behind scheduling additional dates stemmed partly from a desire to bring the show to European fans who were not included in the 2025 itinerary. Gallagher emphasized the band’s commitment to audiences across Italy, France, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. The touring schedule expanded further when the brothers decided to add previously postponed dates in Las Vegas and Boston, as well as a memorable return to Knebworth Park, where the band performed in 1996.
However, fans hoping for fresh material should not expect new recordings. When directly asked about the possibility of a new album, Gallagher decisively stated there would be none, declining to discuss the matter further. The 2027 tour will begin with five shows in Glasgow next May, followed by performances across Europe and North America, concluding with dates in Ireland and at Knebworth in September.
