After more than a decade away from screens, the beloved comedy series The Inbetweeners is making a comeback. Netflix revealed on Monday that a third film installment is in development, accompanied by a brief promotional clip that runs just 40 seconds.
The teaser footage features the show’s original quartet of actors—Simon Bird, Joe Thomas, James Buckley, and Blake Harrison—reuniting for the project. In the clip, the cast members can be seen entering their recognizable yellow Fiat vehicle, which humorously fails to start, staying true to the comedic tone fans remember from the franchise.
The original series, which was created by Iain Morris and Damon Beesley, initially aired for three seasons between 2008 and 2010. Following the show’s conclusion, two theatrical films were released, and this upcoming Netflix project marks the franchise’s return to the big screen after several years of absence.
