Nathan Fielder has finally unveiled his long-rumored documentary about Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes. The film, titled “You Can See Everything,” debuted at the Telluride Film Festival over the weekend after years of speculation about Fielder’s secret project involving interviews with Holmes, including visits to her prison cell.
The documentary, co-directed by Fielder and acclaimed filmmaker Lance Oppenheim, chronicles Holmes’ final 34 days before her incarceration and follows a three-year journey documenting her life. A newly released teaser trailer features tense exchanges between Fielder and Holmes, with the disgraced entrepreneur insisting she has nothing to hide while Fielder remains skeptical of her claims to honesty.
Fielder is known for his work on comedy series “Nathan For You” and “The Rehearsal,” while Oppenheim has gained recognition for documentaries including “Some Kind of Heaven” and the recently acclaimed film “Primetime.” The project is being released through A24 and will arrive in theaters during October, marking a significant departure into serious documentary filmmaking for the comedian.
