Rodney Bullard earned offensive player of the game honors following an impressive performance in the receiving game. The pass-catcher hauled in seven receptions for 90 yards and secured the decisive touchdown that lifted Michigan State to victory against Toledo.
On the defensive side, transfer tackle Eli Coenen took home player of the game recognition. The defensive lineman registered three tackles and recorded a sack during the contest, helping anchor the Spartans’ defensive effort.
Liam Boyd, a transfer from Charlotte, claimed special teams player of the game after a nearly flawless kicking performance. Boyd converted five of six field goal attempts, including a 52-yard make, accounting for a significant portion of Michigan State’s scoring output in the decisive win.
