Ducati achieved a remarkable sweep at the Vegas to Reno desert race, claiming victories across three distinct competition categories with its Desmo450 EDX motorcycle. The grueling 505-mile event showcased the Italian manufacturer’s capabilities in demanding off-road conditions, with multiple teams piloting the same model to success across different skill levels and age classifications.
Ciaran Naran led Hero Racing Off Road to the overall championship, completing the challenging course in just over seven and a half hours in a closely contested finish. His victory marked his third consecutive win in the 2026 American Off-Road Racing Championship, demonstrating consistent excellence throughout the season. The team’s success came after more than 500 miles of intense competition that ultimately separated them from second place by mere seconds.
Beyond the overall winner, the Desmo450 EDX proved its versatility by capturing victories in the Over 30 Pro class through Jordan Graham and Team Fohse, as well as the Open Amateur category with Marley Racing. This triple victory highlighted the motorcycle’s competitive advantages across a broad competitive spectrum, from professional riders to amateur competitors.
Ducati North America provided comprehensive support to all three winning teams, including technical assistance, spare parts, and race-day support, while Pirelli contributed tire support throughout the event. The triple victory further solidified Ducati’s growing momentum in North American off-road racing competitions.
