Social media influencer Alix Earle has publicly addressed her contentious relationship with podcast host Alex Cooper for the first time. During an episode of her show “Earle Meets World,” the 25-year-old discussed why she had remained silent on the conflict, revealing that fear played a significant role in her decision to avoid speaking out.
The feud between the two personalities intensified following Earle’s departure from Unwell, Cooper’s media network, in February 2025 after a two-year tenure. Earle alleged that she experienced ongoing issues within the company, including a lack of resources for her podcast “Hot Mess” compared to other shows under the network. She claimed to have learned about her exit through media reports rather than directly from Cooper.
During her recent interview with family members, Earle elaborated on additional grievances, including an uncomfortable 2023 appearance on Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast. Earle stated that she was asked to consume alcohol before filming and was subsequently questioned on intimate topics she felt unprepared to discuss. She further alleged that when requesting certain portions be removed from the episode, Cooper declined.
Earle shared a draft message she had considered sending to Cooper, in which she accused the podcast host of being manipulative and exploitative. The influencer expressed feeling betrayed and used throughout their professional relationship, marking a significant moment in what has become an increasingly public dispute between the two content creators.
