Finding an appropriately sized self-cleaning litter box for larger felines has historically proven challenging, as most models on the market fail to accommodate cats weighing significantly more than average. HomerunPet aims to address this gap with its newly released CS106 model, which the company describes as the industry’s largest automated litter solution.
The CS106 features a spacious 106-liter interior designed to comfortably house cats up to 25 pounds. The unit incorporates an integrated 4.5-liter litter reservoir that automatically replenishes supply when levels drop, eliminating frequent manual refilling. A 12-liter waste compartment can store approximately two weeks’ worth of refuse from dual-cat households before requiring emptying. The cleaning mechanism distributes litter evenly after each cycle and automatically pauses if a cat enters during operation, while a physical barrier prevents the entrance from fully closing.
Additional features include Kitten Protection Mode, which disables automatic cleaning cycles for younger or smaller animals that might not consistently trigger motion sensors. The system functions with standard litter varieties and includes built-in odor management through its enclosed waste design. The device is currently available for purchase at $699, marked down from an original $799 price point.
