The Tennessee Titans made roster adjustments on Sunday, addressing injuries sustained by two key contributors. Defensive end Jaylen Harrell and tight end Jaren Kanak were placed on injured reserve, prompting the team to bring in reinforcements during their day off from training camp activities.
To fill the vacancies, the Titans signed tight end Matt Lauter and running back Dominic Richardson. Lauter, a 6-foot-3, 236-pound prospect, previously spent time with the Las Vegas Raiders after going undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft. During his college career at Boise State, he appeared in 54 games and recorded 97 receptions for 1,146 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Richardson brings experience from multiple college programs, having played at Oklahoma State, Baylor, and New Mexico before finishing his career at Tulsa. The 6-foot-0, 205-pound running back went undrafted and was initially signed by the Dallas Cowboys. His college statistics include 2,832 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns across 57 games, along with 72 receptions for 587 yards and one additional score.
Both newcomers are expected to participate in Monday’s practice session as Tennessee prepares for an upcoming joint practice with the Seattle Seahawks.
