The Tennessee Titans have continued adjusting their practice squad roster, making several personnel changes just one day after initially populating the unit with 16 players. The moves reflect ongoing roster management as the team prepares for the upcoming season.
Among the changes, the Titans brought back wide receiver Xavier Restrepo after he cleared waivers, giving the player another opportunity with the organization. Additionally, the team signed cornerback Shemar Bartholomew, who was recently cut by the Green Bay Packers. Bartholomew, originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the New York Jets in 2024, has appeared in six career games while playing for both the Carolina Panthers and Packers, recording seven total tackles.
To accommodate these additions, Tennessee released cornerback Mario Goodrich III. Despite earlier reports suggesting the team would also bring back safety Jerrick Reed, that move did not materialize on Tuesday.
The Titans will return to practice on Wednesday as they continue their preparation for their Week 1 matchup against the New York Jets.
