The Tennessee Titans made a move on the offensive line by claiming guard Atonio Mafi off waivers from the Las Vegas Raiders. In a corresponding roster adjustment, the team released guard Garrett Dellinger. The transaction came as the Titans prepared for their upcoming Week 1 matchup against the New York Jets.
Mafi was originally selected by the New England Patriots in the fifth round of the 2023 NFL Draft. The offensive lineman has had a journeyman career thus far, spending time with the Colts before joining the Raiders last season. Across his professional tenure, Mafi has appeared in 23 games with seven starts, most recently seeing action in three contests for Las Vegas in 2025.
Beyond the waiver claim, Tennessee also conducted workouts with seven defensive prospects on Friday. The group included defensive linemen Dominic Bailey and J.R. Singleton, along with linebackers Jimmy Ciarlo, Nick Jackson, Emany Johnson, and T.J. Quinn, plus defensive tackle Zion Wilson. The Titans will hold a walkthrough session on Saturday before hosting the Jets at Nissan Stadium for their season opener.
