T-Mobile has introduced Student Perks, a new wireless program designed to help eligible college and graduate students reduce their monthly phone bills. The carrier is offering three distinct service tiers ranging from $30 to $80 per month, each providing unlimited talk, text, and data with varying levels of additional benefits.
The entry-level Essentials Saver plan costs $30 monthly and includes basic unlimited service. The mid-tier Experience More option is priced at $65 per month and adds complimentary Netflix with ads plus discounted Apple TV at $3 monthly. The premium Experience Beyond tier at $80 per month includes both Netflix and Hulu free, discounted Apple TV, and a five-year price guarantee. All plans require AutoPay enrollment and can be paired with T-Mobile’s 5G Home Internet service for an additional $30 monthly.
Beyond wireless and internet access, all Student Perks tiers include T-Mobile Tuesdays promotions, work discounts, a year of free DoorDash delivery through DashPass, and referral bonuses. However, subscribers must verify their student status within 45 days of activation and may be asked to re-verify later. Failing to maintain eligibility could result in plans reverting to standard pricing at higher rates. Additional regulatory fees and surcharges apply beyond advertised prices.
