Donnarumma’s new number aligns with his international role for Italy and his final season at Paris Saint-Germain, where he achieved significant European and domestic success. Rulli, who will serve as backup to Donnarumma, returns to the club for a second spell after previously spending time at the Etihad Stadium during the 2016-17 season.
