Inter Milan are looking to sell Brazilian winger Luis Henrique to generate funds for a move for Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones. The Italian club recently sold Davide Frattesi to Lazio, but the deal structure—reworked as a €5 million loan with a €10 million option—did not provide the financial boost they had anticipated. To secure the resources needed for Jones, Inter have decided to cash in on Henrique.
Roma have emerged as frontrunners in discussions over Henrique, with the Serie A side valuing the winger at approximately €30 million including performance-based additions. However, the two clubs have yet to agree on the deal’s structure. Roma’s current focus on strengthening their attacking options means negotiations may stall temporarily, opening the door for other interested parties. English Premier League clubs have now registered their interest in acquiring the Brazilian talent.
Meanwhile, Inter continue their pursuit of Jones, who has already agreed personal terms with the Nerazzurri. Liverpool previously held firm at a €40 million asking price, but their position has recently softened. Inter remain determined to complete the transfer for under that figure, with a deal around €35 million proving more realistic. Should the Henrique sale materialize, it would provide Inter with additional negotiating flexibility.
Jones would become Inter’s third English signing of the summer, following John Stones and Djed Spence. The midfielder is reportedly keen on the move, making a deal increasingly feasible as the window enters its final weeks.
