A new analysis suggests that including OnlyFans links in creator profiles may significantly boost online visibility. According to research from Giggster, profiles featuring OnlyFans connections demonstrate substantially higher search performance compared to those without them, offering creators a potential strategy to stand out in an increasingly saturated marketplace.
The study examined nearly 5,000 verified Linktree profiles across the United States and found striking disparities in traffic metrics. While just over half of the profiles contained OnlyFans links, these accounts generated more than three-quarters of total search traffic value. Profiles with OnlyFans connections showed approximately 8.2 times greater median traffic value than profiles without such links, based on Ahrefs Traffic Value measurements, which estimate organic traffic worth in pay-per-click advertising terms.
However, this finding contradicts widespread complaints from content creators about platform restrictions. Adult performers have reported that major social media companies have increasingly limited OnlyFans-related links in biographies, with some suggesting that Linktree accounts connected to OnlyFans face algorithmic penalties. A creator platform noted similar concerns about declining reach following the addition of such links.
The research also revealed significant concentration of search visibility among top-performing creators. In Washington state, the leading 10 percent of creators captured nearly all measurable search value, while California showed the most balanced distribution at 81.6 percent concentration among its top tier.
