At the Budds Creek National in Mechanicsville, Maryland, Lachlan Turner dominated both motos to secure the overall victory. The reigning champion’s sweep marks the fourth time in five rounds that Turner has achieved this feat during the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
The competitive field saw Charli Cannon make an aggressive move early in the race, passing initial holeshot leader Mikayla Nielsen by the first lap. Cannon’s advancement keeps the championship battle tight heading into the season finale.
Nielsen, who has battled mechanical troubles earlier in the campaign, managed to turn her strong gate start into a respectable third-place overall finish, maintaining her podium presence. Meanwhile, Mayla Herrick faced setbacks after crashing and experiencing mechanical issues in the opening moto, dropping to sixth before recovering to fourth place. Another competitor, Jarvis, also struggled in the first moto with mechanical problems at the gate, losing ground in the championship standings before rebounding with a fourth-place finish in the second moto.
