The Bulldogs bring considerable talent to the field, including Louisville commit Justice Hardy, who recently transferred from Wyomissing. Head coach Doug Dahms has assembled a roster that could compete for section and district titles, with playmakers spread across the offense. Schuylkill Valley returns to Section 4 with a matchup against Conrad Weiser, marking their first meeting since 2020. Twin Valley travels to Middletown for a unique reunion, as Raiders coach Brett Myers faces his former program where he previously led the team to multiple district titles.
Wyomissing squares off against Southern Columbia in another anticipated contest. The Spartans have won the last two meetings against the Tigers, including a dominant 49-27 victory last year. Both programs look to establish early momentum as the season begins.
