The supporting cast includes memorable characters such as Boobie Ike, a Vice City entrepreneur with interests in real estate and entertainment, and Raul Bautista, an experienced bank robber. The narrative also features Bae-Luxe and Roxy, a rap duo seeking to establish their music careers beyond their current circumstances. Developer Rockstar North has maintained the franchise’s signature photorealistic visuals and detailed character animations. Preorders launched in June, with the game’s development spanning thirteen years despite facing delays and security breaches along the way.
