Week 4 of the Kentucky high school football season featured several competitive matchups across the Louisville area. Notable contests included games between Chattanooga Baylor and Trinity, as well as showdowns involving Atherton, Manual, Oldham County, Collins, Jeffersontown, Holy Cross, Nicholas County, and Iroquois.
Chattanooga Baylor emerged victorious over Trinity with a 35-27 score on Friday night. The Baylor squad, led by a standout five-star running back, proved too much for the Trinity defense to contain in the closely contested affair.
Thursday’s action saw other area teams competing in earlier matchups. Butler narrowly defeated Valley 14-12, while DuBois dominated Marion County 41-6. Seneca also posted an impressive performance, overwhelming Southern 34-12 to round out the evening’s results.
