A newly established Los Angeles-based initiative called Legacy House has announced its founding honorary host committee, which includes prominent entertainment and sports figures such as Selena Gomez, Christina Aguilera, and fashion stylist Law Roach. The organization aims to leverage momentum from the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics to create meaningful, lasting change for the city through various programming and community-focused efforts.
Legacy House operates as a nonprofit platform designed to bring together influential leaders from diverse fields to collaborate on shared goals. The initiative will feature moderated discussions, cultural events, podcasts, screenings, and collaborative projects that examine the relationship between sports, culture, philanthropy, and civic engagement. The committee boasts an extensive roster of members including musicians John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, athletes such as Russell Westbrook and Abby Wambach, and other cultural leaders.
Greg Propper, who previously co-founded A Day of Unreasonable Conversation, serves as executive director of Legacy House. While independent from official Olympic operations, the organization maintains close coordination with LA28 organizers. The initiative will maintain a physical presence in Culver City during both the 2028 Olympics and Paralympics, operating as a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization with fiscal sponsorship through the Social Impact Fund.
