Google is set to unveil its latest flagship Android phones at a Made By Google event in New York City on August 12. The company is expected to release four new models, with the Pixel 11 Pro emerging as the premium offering among them. Based on recent leaks and Amazon listings, specifications and pricing details have already begun circulating online ahead of the official announcement.
According to leaked information, the Pixel 11 Pro is rumored to carry a starting price of $1,099, representing a $100 increase from its predecessor. The larger Pro XL variant would debut at $1,299. The device is expected to feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 3,600 nits peak brightness, powered by Google’s Tensor G6 processor with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB storage options. Battery capacity is reported at 4,850mAh, while camera specifications are anticipated to remain unchanged from the previous generation with 50MP main, ultra-wide, and telephoto lenses.
One noteworthy addition is the introduction of a new notification system called HiLight, which uses colored LED indicators integrated into the camera bar to display alerts when the phone is face-down. Available color options are expected to include Olive, Obsidian, Canyon, and Fog. The overall design philosophy appears to maintain consistency with last year’s model, featuring the same horizontal oval-shaped camera bar on the back.
The phones are anticipated to arrive in stores approximately two weeks following the official unveiling, allowing consumers to purchase the devices shortly after their announcement.
