Nitecore has unveiled the latest iteration of its ultralight power bank series, delivering what may be the industry’s most portable high-capacity charging solution. The new NB10000 Gen 4 model weighs merely 146 grams and measures just 1.45 by 11.6 by 4.68 centimeters, establishing itself as the smallest and lightest 10,000mAh power bank currently available. The device achieves this remarkable form factor through advanced silicon-carbon anode technology, the same battery innovation found in modern flagship smartphones.
Priced at $83.95, the Gen 4 demonstrates impressive performance despite its diminutive size. Testing revealed the device delivered 33.58 watt-hours of its advertised 39-watt-hour capacity, representing 86.1 percent efficiency. The power bank successfully charged an iPhone 15 Pro twice over with energy remaining, and can deliver up to 22.5 watts of output for larger devices including laptops. The unit supports multiple charging protocols including USB Power Delivery, Quick Charge 3.0, and Huawei’s SCP standard.
Beyond raw specifications, the Gen 4 incorporates practical features for outdoor enthusiasts. Its carbon fiber construction and IPX7 water resistance rating enable it to withstand submersion and harsh weather conditions. A simple four-element battery indicator provides quick status checks without unnecessary complexity. The device also supports pass-through charging, allowing simultaneous charging of connected devices and the power bank itself.
