Pop icons Madonna and Kylie Minogue have officially released their long-anticipated collaboration, “Love Sensation (Afterhours Mix).” The track became available today following a live preview during Madonna’s Confessions II concert in Amsterdam the previous week. Producer Stuart Price helmed the dance-oriented single, which incorporates Minogue’s vocals into Madonna’s recent song “Love Sensation” from her latest album.
The release marks the first time the two legendary performers have recorded together on a studio track. Two versions of the remix are available to listeners: a radio edit and a more extended mix. Prior to the official release, Minogue had publicly dismissed speculation about her involvement with Confessions II, yet the collaboration ultimately materialized when she joined Madonna onstage in the Netherlands for the premiere.
The partnership between the dance music veterans builds on their previous live performances together. The duo first appeared jointly at Madonna’s Los Angeles show in 2024, where they performed a rendition of Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” followed by Minogue’s hit “Can’t Get You Out of My Head.” Madonna’s Confessions II album has achieved significant commercial success, reaching number ten on the Billboard 200 chart and earning widespread critical acclaim for its dance-focused production.
